Support experience, rebuilt for an automation-first world.

I previously provided first-line IT support in an international enterprise environment, resolving incidents through phone, email, and web channels. I documented solutions, followed structured processes, and escalated complex issues with clear technical context.

My portfolio applies that troubleshooting mindset to automation: validate inputs, handle failures, protect credentials, preserve audit trails, and make systems understandable to the people operating them.
